For a $97 deposit, we will look into your problem and either fix the problem or give you our recommendations.

If we can’t fix the problem within an hour, the $97 will be applied to any work you hire us to do to fix the problem based on our recommendations.

If we can’t fix the problem and you do not want to proceed, we will refund the $97.  If you want our recommendations, but don’t want us to fix the problem, we will keep the $97.  You can take our recommendations to any other developer to do the work.
